Gemfinity International (Private) Limited is a Pakistan-based company engaged in the trade of natural gemstones, jewelry, rough stones, mineral specimens, and related items.
All domestic orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp once dispatched.
We ship via TCS, Leopards Courier, or M&P Express, all with full tracking. For orders above PKR 50,000, a signature is required upon delivery.
2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination within Pakistan.
2.2 International Shipping
International orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders requiring laboratory certification will take additional time (see Certification Policy).
All international shipments are sent via FedEx, DHL, or Aramex, with full tracking and insurance. For shipments above USD 500, a signature is required upon delivery.
IMPORTANT — TITLE & RISK OF LOSS: Once your order has been collected from Gemfinity International by the international carrier, title to the goods and all risk of loss or damage transfer to the buyer. Gemfinity International is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or delay that occurs after the shipment has been collected by the courier. |
International shipments are subject to customs clearance and may attract import duties, taxes, and other charges in the destination country. Please note:
All international shipments are insured up to the declared order value. For high-value orders, an additional insurance/handling fee may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.

This dispatch video is shared with the buyer via WhatsApp at the time of handover to the courier. By confirming receipt of this video, the buyer acknowledges the documented condition of the stone at the time of dispatch.
BUYER ACTION REQUIRED AT DELIVERY: Upon receiving your order, we strongly recommend recording your own unboxing video before opening the package. This protects you in the event of any transit damage and is required for any damage claim (see Return Policy Section 1.8). |
